Pre-launch planning draft — not yet a final legal policy
Privacy Policy
This page records the topics the final Parenting X Design Privacy Policy must address before public launch. It is not a substitute for legal review.
Information expected to be collected
Depending on the final services selected, information may include a parent’s name and contact details, a child’s birth date, exact birth time and birth location, purchase records, communications and voluntary coaching information.
Purpose of collection
Expected purposes include generating personalized charts and reports, delivering purchases, responding to inquiries, providing requested coaching, maintaining service records and meeting legal or accounting obligations.
Service providers
The final policy must identify the categories of providers used for chart calculation and report generation, website hosting, email delivery, scheduling, payment processing and analytics. Bodygraph and Stripe are planned providers, but the complete vendor list and configuration are not yet finalized.
Children’s information
Because the service may process birth information about minors, the final policy must explain parental authority and consent, appropriate data minimization, retention, access, correction and deletion procedures.
Retention and safeguards
Specific retention periods and security practices will be documented after the website, Bodygraph workflow, email system and payment process are configured and verified.
Your choices
The final policy will explain applicable rights to access, correct or request deletion of information; withdraw marketing consent; and contact Parenting X Design with a privacy concern.
Before launch
This draft requires review for the jurisdictions served, including applicable Canadian and Ontario privacy requirements and any additional markets offered at launch.
