These headings document what the final customer terms must cover. Pricing, checkout, refunds and service details remain intentionally unset until the offer and payment flow are complete.

Services

Parenting X Design plans to provide educational Human Design reports, digital resources and coaching for parents. Final product descriptions will govern each purchase.

Birth information and accuracy

Customers will be responsible for entering accurate birth details. Incorrect date, time or location information may produce a different chart and personalized report.

Educational purpose

Reports and coaching are for educational and reflective purposes. They are not medical, psychological, legal, developmental or educational diagnoses or professional treatment.

Digital products and intellectual property

Final terms will specify permitted personal use, restrictions on copying or resale, and ownership of Parenting X Design content and branded materials.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

These provisions will be completed only after prices, fulfillment timing, Stripe checkout and applicable consumer-protection requirements have been reviewed.

Coaching

Final coaching terms will address scheduling, rescheduling, missed sessions, scope, confidentiality boundaries and circumstances requiring referral to another professional.

Limitations and governing law

Appropriate limitation, dispute and governing-law language will be added with qualified legal guidance before public launch.
